Update on Rush Projects

March 19, 2021 by Ken Reindel

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: As of January 2021, we are no longer accepting rush projects.

As of January 2022, as a result of the Marshall Fire experience, we are now using a wait list to hold your lead time. Please contact us for more information.

If you are a warranty customer, then we will of course honor any warranty work on an immediate basis.

These changes are necessary in order to assure safety and security of your project, and to improve expectations on lead times.

As always, please contact us for specifics of lead times and availability for new restoration work, and for updates to lead times on your projects if you presently have anything in the shop. We are here to help you and are committed 100% to that!
