Starting June 22 2026, the following charges will apply:
Simple clocks under 5 lbs shipping weight: $50.00 packing
Larger clocks (SWCC movements, cases, etc.): $100.00 packing
Note that these charges are in addition to shipper (UPS, FedEx) fees for shipping, insurance and signature required.
Please take these costs into account when you are deciding whether to have your clock restored or not.
Example of simple clocks: Alarms, small electric plug-in clocks, desk clocks of various sorts which fit into a 12″ x 12″ x 12″ box or smaller.
Example of Larger Clocks: Any SWCC movement or complete, mantle clocks, any wall clock. Some additional charges will apply for clocks that will not fit into a 20″x 20″x 20″ shipping box or smaller.
These charges are necessary since it is costing us more and more to prepare clocks for shipment. For example, shipping materials costs are on the rise and actually have been for some time, which has made these increases ultimately impossible to avoid.
Signature Required: Some folks object to having signature required, which has been our standard practice for decades to protect from porch piracy. If you do NOT want this, please tell us so we do not assign this condition to your parcel.
