We have hundreds of customers and we love taking care of each and every one of them. As a result we work incredibly long days, every day, for them, often doing things behind the scenes to maintain all of the services and products associated with this business that they will never see—like chasing down suppliers, designing custom parts, repairing the compressor when it fails, researching a problem at the bequest of a customer, dealing with obsolescence, redesigns to keep costs in control, much, much more.
This includes preparing IP for presentations, training sessions, and online information sources to provide clarity to others who wish to pursue this art or for other clock repair folks, and of course coaching folks through online questions. Let’s face it–there are fewer and fewer of us to go around every year.
All we ask in return is some patience when we’re buried in these behind the scenes issues. We have decided to do anything within reason for customers, but who can beg for patience? If you decide you wish to take your project elsewhere, we understand. If you decide to cancel your order due to wait time, we will understand. We feel the same way with our suppliers at times!
